Integrative care through the art & science of herbalism
Integrative Therapeutic Bodywork
These sessions form the core of my clinical practice—an integrative and trauma-informed space for restoring vitality, rebalancing the nervous system, bringing relief to physical pain, and tending to the deep ecology of body, mind, and spirit.
These sessions are the intersection of all of the tools I have gathered into my toolbox over the last decade of devotion to herbal medicine, movement practice, somatic healing, spiritual study, creative vitality, and musculoskeletal healing. This is an integrative modality I have created that acknowledges that we are each made up of many parts, requiring us to tend deeply to every part of you: body, mind, spirit, and emotion.
Sessions are personalized to each client, and draws from an extensive array of healing modalities including hands-on bodywork, herbal medicine, breathwork, and energy healing. Each session includes tea, an intake, herbal-infused oils and essential oil blends, a customized bodywork session, and a flower essence formula to take home for continued use. Integrative bodywork is focused on treating acute and chronic physical and emotional blockages in the body through gentle musculoskeletal manipulation and topical herbal medicine, and is the integration of 10+ years of studying acupressure, movement, musculoskeletal release, energy healing, massage, and breathwork. This is full-body care and is designed to deeply reset the nervous system, bring relief to any physical pain or patterns of tension in the body, and leave clients with an overall sense of well-being, joy, and inner peace.
Sessions are also focused on education — empowering each client to become their own healer. Clients can expect to leave each session with more knowledge about their own constitution, how to integrate daily practices that help them to achieve more balance, herbal medicines to help them address any health goals they may have, and how to integrate systems of care and ritual that fit their schedules. Custom care packages can be designed as well, for an additional fee.
